Howdy, Gatherers and Grand Geeks! It seems to be a bit of a “cool off” day here for the California southland and for that I am glad. A week on vacation certainly has been a bit of a scorcher! This week the Gathering will be down in San Diego for Comic Con International. I myself am unable to make it so I will just enjoy it from the sidelines. But for all of those that will attend I hope you have the best time and to enjoy it as well as your fandoms to the fullest. I shall do so as well, but first, let’s see what looks good this week in the indie comics world!

Sometimes death cannot even separate ones that were unified in matrimony. In this particular tale, a mortal accident brings an untimely demise to one half of a loving relationship. The newly made spirit, however, doesn’t necessarily want to call it quits with their mortal lover. Hence why they are going to try and reconnect with them. But could this be a good or bad thing? Who knows!

Poletown has a problem of a monstrosity that hasn’t been seen for decades. But its terror is still felt about the premises. Red seeks to take down this canine terror, not really for glory but in the hopes of clearing his grandmother’s name.
