Any fan of the Love and Rockets books by the Hernandez brothers are going to get a kick out of a story like this, and simply because it is a spin-off. Fritz makes the story interesting regardless! Another John Carpenter anthology?! Color me interested! It seems twenty years have passed since the Benson Station disaster, and new rescue mission is underway bringing the survivors together…far from home mind you! It seems that an all-too familiar evil is coming back and no doubt said survivors are going to have to deal with the situation. Question that remains for us loyal readers is just whether these survivors actually succeed this time…or not!

What an endearing story we have of Zero somehow becoming lost and having to find his way back to his bone-tingling yet entirely beloved owner! It seems Zero’s lost in Christmas town while Halloween Town’s nearly underway for All Hallow’s Eve. But Halloween just can’t go on without Zero, so while Jack is mounting a search for his ghost pup, we view Zero’s journey home through his eyes. Hopefully he gets back in time so that both holidays come on time this year!
