Director cut films are not rare in the film industry, but lately one has been in demand more than any other in Hollywood history: the Justice League Snyder Cut. Warner Bros and HBO have officially announced the Snyder Cut release on HBO Max sometime in 2021 with a rumored budget of 30 million dollars to complete with no returning cast.

Tyler assembles Michael Tanner (writer, Junior Braves of the Apocalypse), Yehudi Mercado (writer, Fun Fun Fun World and Sci Fu), Sandra Dimas (host, The Story Geeks Podcast), and Vito Lapiccola (host, So Fast So Furious Podcast) to talk about the Snyder Cut, the rumored almost completed David Ayer Cut of Suicide Squad (2016), and Paul Feig’s 3+ hour long cut of Ghostbusters (2016).

Snyder Cut Synopsis:

“In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions. “ (Via HBO Max)
