Apologies, dear Gatherers if it seems this article is coming late to you all.  Let’s just say it was another grueling weekend but definitely not in a good way this time.  Issues with my vehicle being so old and having to fix thermostat manifolds and all of it costing a pretty penny.  It’s definitely not a heartwarming tale to listen to.  But what is definitely for you are those great recommendations that I give to you week in and week out if ever you are in need of them when searching the web or going to your local store.  So let’s find something to entice you this week!

We are that much closer to Halloween people, and it has occurred to me that the horror stories have been lacking in the Picks as of late.  I’m remedying that now with this particular selection that centers upon Sinkhill, an abandoned funhouse which now houses some of the greatest frights Glasgow, Scotland has ever known.  And naturally that becomes the focal point when someone is foolish or unfortunate enough to have missed the last bus home leaving them no choice but to walk through the Sinkhill’s remnants to find what lurks there.

Another week down and we are about mid-way through September, Gatherers!  And what contrast in story topics to pick from!  Stories of feuding ninja clans and tales of abandoned horror funhouses.  These are the rare jewels that await you at the mere click of a button.  But as you all know I will encourage you to instead take the next step and go to your local comic book shop and buy the hardcopies themselves.  Enjoy them and share them with your friends.  Start up a conversation and be sure to leave a comment or two.  But most importantly Gatherers, remember…GGG!
